Ketchen Land Company was established in 1992 for the purpose of acquiring and managing large tracts of timber located in eastern Tennessee. Since that time the mission of the company has evolved to include management of all the natural resources including timber, coal, natural gas, silica, dimension stone, and wildlife.

With almost 20,000 acres in Campbell and Scott counties, Ketchen Land is poised to be a leader in environmentally friendly and fiscally responsible land management for many years.
